Job description

We are seeking Private Banking Experts who have experience using Nubank and understand private banking workflows and client servicing.

In this role, you will help evaluate AI systems used in financial contexts by providing expert feedback based on real-world private banking knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

AI System Evaluation

  • Test and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to:

    • Private banking workflows
    • Client advisory scenarios
    • Financial product recommendations
    • Wealth management use cases

  • Identify issues such as:

    • Incorrect financial reasoning
    • Hallucinated financial products or rules
    • Inaccurate client advice
    • Misalignment with real banking practices

Domain Expertise Application

  • Apply real-world private banking knowledge to assess AI responses
  • Use experience with Nubank or similar digital/private banking platforms
  • Evaluate correctness of financial logic and decision-making

Quality Assessment

  • Review AI-generated responses for:
    • Accuracy
    • Practical applicability
    • Compliance with banking norms
    • Clarity and correctness

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles

  • Familiarity with Nubank or similar digital banking platforms

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Client portfolio management
    • Banking products and services
    • Financial decision-making workflows

  • Ability to evaluate financial reasoning critically and systematically

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
