Job Title: Penetration Tester

Job Type: Contractor

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.
  2. Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and prioritize risks based on impact and exploitability.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define testing scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Document detailed findings and communicate technical reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Develop actionable remediation strategies and provide expert guidance to teams for implementation.
  6. Stay at the forefront of emerging threats, attack vectors, and security best practices.
  7. Contribute technical insights to ongoing process improvements and security posture enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
  2. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and industry-standard tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
  3. Proven ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable written and verbal communication.
  4. Solid understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
  5. Experience conducting social engineering and physical security assessments is a plus.
  6. Analytical problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to security.
  7. Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly desirable.
