The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual judgment with strong analytical capabilities to identify content patterns, evaluate performance trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend curation strategies that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes. Beyond selecting and organizing high-quality content, this individual will leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence content investments, guide experimentation, inform roadmap priorities, and tell the story behind content performance. Success in this role requires the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations while maintaining a deep understanding of design excellence, content quality, and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze template performance data and evaluate content quality, design effectiveness, relevance, diversity, and customer value across multiple content types
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends to inform future content investments and curation priorities
  • Develop scalable curation frameworks, quality standards, and content evaluation methodologies
  • Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement signals, experimentation results, and usage trends to understand what drives successful customer outcomes
  • Synthesize large datasets into clear recommendations that influence content strategy, business decisions, and product priorities
  • Establish success criteria and measurable KPIs for content initiatives and curation programs
  • Use data to identify optimization opportunities and inform content lifecycle decisions
  • Review new templates for quality and customer relevance, then publish and maintain content using internal CMS and publishing tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product to define, execute, and evaluate content experiments
  • Design and assess experimentation frameworks that measure content effectiveness and customer impact
  • Translate experiment outcomes into evidence-based recommendations that improve engagement, adoption, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Continuously iterate on curation strategies using performance insights and customer feedback
  • Apply strong visual design judgment to assess content quality, composition, storytelling, usability, and customer appeal
  • Evaluate content through both creative and analytical lenses, balancing visual excellence with measurable performance outcomes
  • Transform complex data findings and content insights into compelling narratives for leadership, product teams, designers, and content partners
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating the business impact of content investments and curation decisions

Requirements:
