What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance across STEM and technical domains
- Apply your research expertise to craft complex problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic rigor, accuracy, and depth
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance
- Ensure clarity, precision, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
- Strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management
- Naturally rigorous — you hold yourself to high standards of accuracy and depth
- Exceptional written communicator who can convey complex ideas with clarity
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Experience designing or grading advanced academic problems or assessments
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning workflows
