Marketing Contractor, Alliance Marketing (Oracle Partnership)

Join the dynamic KPMG Alliance Marketing team as an experienced Marketing Contractor dedicated to our strategic partnership with Oracle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives that span KPMG's diverse advisory and tax capabilities. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling content and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive demand, generate leads, and enhance our market presence in conjunction with Oracle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for a variety of in-person and virtual events, managing all workstreams from conception to post-event measurement and reporting
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging tactics such as content syndication, paid social media, and webcasts to attract and nurture qualified leads
  • Create and refine a range of marketing assets, specializing in short-form copy for social media posts, email campaigns (invitations, follow-ups), and other promotional materials
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing deliverables while navigating ambiguity with initiative
  • Effectively utilize AI tools effectively as a "Human in the Loop" to innovate and improve marketing content and processes.
  • Serve as a strong communicator and team player, working effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within a technology company or a professional services firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in project management with a track record of delivering high-quality content and campaigns on schedule
  • Strong expertise in executing digital and social marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling short-form marketing copy
  • A positive, flexible attitude with a sense of urgency and the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (for example, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Optimizely) is a significant plus.
  • Prior experience in alliance or partner marketing is highly desirable.
