Oracle HCM Mexico Payroll lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HRMS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS application issues, including debugging and resolving production defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HRMS technologies and industry trends.
• Must be able to configure, test, troubleshoot and run Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico.
• Must have experience and expertise in the Mexico specific regulatory requirements needed to support a payroll implementation.
• Preferred: Oracle Payroll Certification

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
• Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments
