Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary:

This is a unique and impactful opportunity for a creative, strategic, and mission-driven professional to lead content-focused skilling initiatives centered on AI adoption and responsible technology use. The ideal candidate is a builder and advisor who thrives at the intersection of instructional design, video production, and organizational consulting. This role calls for someone who can develop compelling, high-quality learning content and deliver engaging training experiences while guiding nonprofit and intergovernmental organizations through the complexities of AI adoption, change management, and governance. Deep familiarity with the nonprofit sector is essential, as is strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel of less than five percent of the time for on-site meetings or workshops, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in how mission-driven organizations harness the power of AI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own high-quality skilling content including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, job aids, templates, and reusable assets that help diverse audiences adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, understand agent scenarios, and build practical skills in Copilot Studio
  • Produce engaging instructional video content from concept and scripting through recording, editing, and publishing, including tutorials, demos, microlearning, and on-demand learning series that scale skilling reach across partners and clients
  • Lead the design and delivery of skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio
  • Advise partners and clients on responsible AI adoption, including change management strategies, AI policy development, and governance frameworks that help organizations deploy Copilot and agents safely, ethically, and sustainably
  • Bring deep nonprofit expertise to every engagement by tailoring content, examples, and guidance to the realities of nonprofit operations, funding constraints, capacity limits, and mission-focused outcomes
  • Incorporate complementary Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, Security, Fabric, and Purview into skilling plans when they strengthen the overall learning journey and customer outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders including NGOs, nonprofits, skilling partners, and global organizations to assess learning needs and deliver impactful, content-rich skilling programs
  • Train and enable skilling partners through a train-the-trainer model, equipping them with ready-to-use content and video assets to extend reach, scale delivery, and maintain quality
  • Support cohorts of nonprofits as part of the Changemaker program, helping participants build skills, navigate change, adopt new tools responsibly, and apply learning to mission-focused outcomes
  • Track learner engagement, content performance, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings and increase adoption
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent, and Copilot Studio advancements as well as the evolving landscape of AI policy and governance, and integrate relevant new capabilities and best practices into learning content
  • Support strategic in-person events that advance skilling, customer engagement, and community building

Requirements:

  • Direct experience working within or alongside nonprofit or public sector organizations
  • Hands-on experience with video production tools and learning content platforms such as learning management systems and authoring tools
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to skilling or enablement programs at scale
  • Background in consulting or advisory roles focused on technology adoption, change management, or organizational development
  • Microsoft certifications or applied skills in Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, and/or Security are a plus
  • Proven expertise in content development and instructional design, including building courses, curricula, facilitator materials, and scalable learning assets for multiple audiences and delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to create instructional video content including scripting, recording, and editing, with a portfolio or examples of published learning content
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent use cases, and Copilot Studio for productivity, automation, and modern work scenarios
  • Experience advising organizations on change management, AI policy, and governance to support responsible and scalable technology adoption
  • Deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector including how nonprofits operate, fund programs, manage capacity, and measure mission impact
  • Experience designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of related Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, Security, Fabric, or Purview
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and organizational change methodologies
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
