Summary:
Responsible for writing and editing news articles and other digital content. Comfortable distilling complex issues and topics into concise and approachable language.

Job Responsibilities:
• Write and edit blog posts to disseminate news and information to media, policy elites, and consumers.
• Help teams prepare and publish posts on the company newsroom, including product announcements, policy updates, and reactive statements.
• Develop ideas for proactive content and storytelling.
• Work closely with subject matter experts across the company to gather information and get approval for public release.
• Develop concepts and copy that resonate with the target audience.
• Partner with creative team to develop complementary visual assets.
• Contribute to distribution strategy, including advising on and drafting social media posts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Wordpress or other content management systems
• Experience in tech
• Strong grasp of Meta and issues relevant to technology companies

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Meta.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55/hour - $65/hour.
