Summary:
The main function of a material planner is to coordinate materials as well as other parts and resources that are needed to data center construction. A typical material planner is able to appropriate provide demand signal, prioritization of the demand and supply plan with respect to material need-by date
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the decision on project prioritization across the data center construction program, and keep it updated.
• Provide demand signal to sourcing based on the latest construction schedule.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness, by running checks across multiple systems
• coordinate the with stakeholders at site and in engineering for feedback on the Bill of Material.
• Issue task/tickets for material ordering
• Issue requests for material transfers to meet urgent site needs.
• Evaluate and prepare estimates for material need-by dates, coordinate changes with site, sourcing and internal team members
• Schedule and monitor demand fulfillment operation
Skills:
• 8+ years experience in supply chain management.
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience with process streamlining
• Proficiency in Google Suite, leveraging Gemini for large dataset analysis.
• Experience with material management systems like Oracle Fusion
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with using any AI tools for analysis, building workflows.
Education/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.67/hour - $58.33/hour.
Tundra’s benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, up to 15 Days PTO per annum and a New Child Benefit.
