Mercor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support the development of AI-powered healthcare products.
This role involves applying clinical expertise to review medical documentation, evaluate healthcare workflows, identify documentation issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve healthcare technology solutions.
Contributors will help ensure healthcare AI systems are informed by real-world clinical knowledge and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Documentation Review
Review clinical documentation for:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Quality
- Consistency
Assess medical records and healthcare documentation against clinical standards
Healthcare Workflow Analysis
- Analyze healthcare workflows and processes
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Recommend workflow enhancements based on clinical experience
Medical Record Evaluation
Interpret:
- Patient records
- Clinical notes
- Healthcare documentation
Identify:
- Documentation gaps
- Inconsistencies
- Missing information
- Edge cases
AI Product Development Support
Collaborate with:
- Product teams
- Engineering teams
- Operations teams
Help refine AI-driven healthcare products and workflows
Provide domain expertise for healthcare-focused AI initiatives
Compliance & Quality

Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience
Strong understanding of:

- Healthcare workflows

Experience using EHR systems such as:

- Cerner
- Meditech
- Similar healthcare platforms
Excellent:
