About the Role
Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than ever — and not just in the field. We're partnering with leading AI research organizations to build scientifically accurate, medically sound AI systems, and we need real Medical Science Liaisons to make it happen.
As an MSL contributor at Alignerr, you'll apply your expertise in clinical data, medical evidence, and healthcare communication to evaluate, validate, and improve AI outputs in the life-science space. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced medical affairs professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare audiences
- Apply your understanding of clinical trial data, regulatory materials, and real-world evidence to assess and improve AI outputs
- Validate medical narratives, flag inaccuracies, and provide structured expert feedback
- Help ensure that complex biomedical information is represented correctly and communicated effectively within AI systems
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with a track record of engaging healthcare professionals
- Skilled at interpreting and synthesizing clinical data, publications, and regulatory documents
- Background in a field-based or externally facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or similar
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for scientific precision
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI quality review
- Familiarity with medical AI, digital health, or life-science technology
- Experience in pharmacovigilance, medical writing, or regulatory affairs
