Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

About the Role

We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to apply their clinical data expertise to one of the most exciting frontiers in technology — AI training. Your deep understanding of healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows will directly improve how AI reasons about health information.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for accuracy, clinical relevance, and logical consistency
  • Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI outputs
  • Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated responses related to health informatics topics
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about clinical and operational healthcare scenarios
  • Review data pipelines, reporting logic, and health information system concepts as represented in AI-generated content
  • Work independently and asynchronously at your own pace

Who You Are

  • Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable evaluating technical health informatics content at scale
  • Able to clearly communicate findings and feedback in written form
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
