Role Overview
A U.S.-based AI company at the forefront of artificial intelligence research is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of business analysts.
This opportunity is designed for professionals with leadership experience who are interested in contributing to cutting-edge AI development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of business analysts working to improve LLM performance
- Oversee daily operations and task execution
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Implement improvement plans when necessary
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives
- Help maintain high-quality, clear, and coherent training and evaluation datasets
- Incorporate insights from LLM performance metrics into data creation and evaluation workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing teams of 3 or more members
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning abilities, and research capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and English proficiency
- Ability to commit approximately 40 hours per week
- Immediate availability is preferred
