This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Farmer (Google Ads) based in United Kingdom.

This role is part of a high-performance media buying environment where operational precision and structured execution are essential to campaign readiness and account setup. You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining Google Ads accounts through a series of controlled technical and operational steps, ensuring accounts are properly configured and compliant with internal workflows. The position requires working with proxy tools, anti-detect browsers, and activation services to build and manage advertising accounts in a structured manner. You will support media buyers by ensuring they receive fully functional and properly warmed accounts ready for campaign launch. The role is highly process-driven, requiring consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle repetitive but critical operational tasks. You will work closely with internal teams in a fast-moving digital advertising setup where reliability and timing directly impact campaign performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and manage Google Ads accounts according to defined operational workflows and structured activation processes.
  • Work with proxy services and anti-detect browser tools to ensure stable and compliant account environments.
  • Source and manage aged email accounts and perform account setup and configuration tasks.
  • Execute account “warming” processes, including controlled activity flows and preparation for advertising campaigns.
  • Set up and launch initial Google Ads campaigns, including keyword and negative keyword configuration.
  • Support verification processes and ensure accounts meet required activation and compliance steps.
  • Track, document, and update all account-related information in internal CRM or tracking systems.
  • Provide operational support to media buyers, including account delivery, troubleshooting, and handling incoming requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with proxy services and anti-detect browsers (e.g., Octo or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with Google services and Google Ads account structure and workflows.
  • Experience using SMS activation and email verification tools for account creation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, repeatable operational procedures.
  • High level of reliability, consistency, and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with media buyers and internal teams.
  • Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bonus: experience in iGaming or performance marketing environments.
