About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will apply your software engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.

Your work will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform using high-quality real-world software development knowledge and engineering workflows.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong full-stack development experience is the primary qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and Java
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentorship
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently
