Job description

Job Summary

Turing is seeking detail-oriented Finance and Marketing Annotators to support the development of AI models, search systems, recommendation engines, customer analytics platforms, and business intelligence solutions.

In this role, you will review, categorize, label, and validate finance-related and marketing-related data while helping create high-quality datasets used for training and evaluating AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate finance and marketing content according to project guidelines
  • Label and categorize financial documents, reports, transactions, invoices, statements, and investment-related content
  • Categorize marketing content including advertisements, campaigns, product descriptions, customer reviews, and promotional materials
  • Identify key business information such as company names, revenue figures, prices, campaign objectives, customer sentiment, and target audiences
  • Classify content by topic, intent, sentiment, industry, risk level, and business category
  • Review datasets for accuracy, consistency, and relevance
  • Flag incomplete data, duplicate records, incorrect information, and ambiguous content
  • Support AI model development through high-quality data annotation
  • Follow confidentiality and privacy requirements
  • Meet quality and productivity targets

Finance Annotation Tasks

  • Categorize financial transactions
  • Label income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investment terminology
  • Extract key information from invoices, receipts, bank statements, and financial reports
  • Identify financial risks, fraud indicators, and compliance-related information
  • Classify financial news and documents by topic, sentiment, and risk category

Marketing Annotation Tasks

  • Label advertisements by product category, target audience, campaign objective, and marketing platform
  • Categorize customer feedback as positive, negative, or neutral
  • Identify brand names, slogans, discounts, promotions, and call-to-action language
  • Classify marketing content by channel (email, social media, websites, paid advertising)
  • Review product descriptions for accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of finance concepts, marketing concepts, and business terminology
  • Strong reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines
  • Good computer and internet research skills
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, data labeling tools, and annotation platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills
