We're looking for experienced soil and water conservation scientists to help shape the next generation of AI. What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content covering soil and water conservation scenarios
- Assess the scientific accuracy of outputs related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health
- Identify flawed assumptions, oversimplified conclusions, or impractical recommendations
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve scientific rigor, depth, and clarity
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning
- Strong working knowledge of soil processes, water systems, and land conservation techniques
- Able to critically evaluate applied environmental science reasoning and written content
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience with field assessments, conservation planning tools, or regulatory frameworks
- Prior exposure to AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
