Physics Masters — AI Training Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for physics graduate students and degree holders to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced Masters-level topics.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside top AI research labs. No prior AI experience needed — just strong physics knowledge and clear analytical thinking.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, rigorous physics problems across domains such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum physics
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level physics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving ability across multiple advanced physics domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning quality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic benchmarking
- Background in writing or reviewing technical scientific content
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
