Mid Level Full-Stack Engineer

AfterQuery is hiring Mid Level Full-Stack Engineers to build production-quality applications used as training examples for advanced AI systems.

Contributors will develop complete end-to-end applications across multiple business domains and software use cases. Each application becomes part of a high-quality AI training dataset used by leading AI labs and enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-quality applications from scratch using:

  • Next.js
  • Redis
  • SQL databases

• Build diverse software products including:

  • Dashboards
  • Management systems
  • Workflow tools
  • Data-driven platforms

• Implement comprehensive application functionality including:

  • User authentication
  • Data management
  • Real-time features
  • Reporting systems
  • Complex business logic

• Architect scalable full-stack systems combining:

  • Frontend applications
  • Caching layers
  • Database infrastructure

• Optimize application responsiveness and data flow across distributed systems

• Develop responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with:

  • Next.js
  • React-based frontend development
  • Server-side rendering
  • API route development

• Experience using Redis for:

  • Caching
  • Session management
  • Real-time data handling

• Solid experience with SQL databases including:

  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Schema design
  • Query optimization
  • Relational data modeling

• Ability to architect production-ready full-stack applications

• Experience implementing efficient frontend-to-backend data flows

• Strong understanding of responsive UI development using Tailwind CSS

• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience
