About the Role

Mindrift is seeking a skilled Web Designer to support digital design workflows across marketing and web experiences.

In this role, you will create high-quality, conversion-focused web layouts and ensure visual consistency across web pages, social assets, and brand materials.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity ideal for designers experienced in UI/web design and digital marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting landing pages, one-pagers, and marketing websites
  • Translate brand assets into responsive web layouts and structured components
  • Prepare production-ready design files for developer or no-code implementation
  • Ensure consistency across web pages, PDFs, and social media assets
  • Apply modern design principles for spacing, clarity, and responsiveness
  • Maintain high standards of visual quality and usability

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and responsive layout systems
  • Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages
  • Understanding of developer handoff and asset preparation
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.)
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, spacing, and modern web trends
  • Portfolio showcasing web design work (required)

Work Details

Compensation
