Healthcare / Medical Research Evaluators – AI Training

About the Role

Mercor is seeking Healthcare and Medical Research Evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation project in partnership with a leading AI research lab.

In this role, you will review and assess AI-generated research reports related to clinical trials, patient records, laboratory results, drug interaction data, and comparative medical studies.

Your evaluations will help ensure that advanced AI systems produce accurate, reliable, and clinically meaningful outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated medical research reports for accuracy, relevance, and clarity
• Assess insights derived from clinical trials, patient data, and laboratory test results
• Verify drug interaction tables, treatment outcomes, and statistical claims
• Compare and review medical studies and research methodologies
• Validate data using credible scientific and medical sources
• Identify inconsistencies in research reporting and medical interpretation
• Complete evaluation tasks independently while maintaining high quality standards

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, clinical research, or medical analysis
• Experience interpreting clinical trial data and research outcomes
• Familiarity with patient records and healthcare documentation systems
• Experience reviewing lab results, biomarker data, or diagnostic information
• Knowledge of drug interaction tables and pharmacological data
• Experience evaluating medical studies and research evidence
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards

Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following areas:

• Medicine
• Nursing
• Biomedical Sciences
• Public Health
• Clinical Research
• Pharmacy
• Related healthcare disciplines
