STEM Specialist (Fluent in Spanish – Spain) – Freelance AI Trainer

Job Summary

Invisible Technology is seeking a STEM Specialist (Fluent in Spanish – Spain) to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will combine deep STEM expertise with Spanish (Spain) language fluency to evaluate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs. Your work will directly enhance model reasoning, accuracy, and real-world applicability across scientific and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Evaluate outputs for factual accuracy, logical consistency, and reasoning quality.
• Identify and document reproducible error patterns and failure modes.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model performance and reasoning capabilities.
• Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation framework improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to refine technical benchmarks and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (Spain).
• Strong background in a STEM discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, data science).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
• Experience in research, engineering, data analysis, or technical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to clearly explain reasoning and “show your work.”

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research, coding portfolios, or engineering design experience.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or annotation workflows.
• Familiarity with advanced topics such as algorithm design, quantitative modeling, or scientific computing.
