Python + English Language Experts (AI Trainer)

About the Role

SuperAnnotate is hiring Python + English Language Experts to work as freelance AI trainers on a Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) project.

In this role, you will review and refine AI-generated responses related to programming and technical topics. Your work will help improve the accuracy, reasoning ability, and code quality of large language models.

This is a fully remote and flexible freelance opportunity where you can work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses
• Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, coherence, and logical reasoning
• Perform fact-checking across multiple technical topics
• Review and analyze Python code generated by AI models
• Ensure responses are technically correct and linguistically clear
• Improve model outputs through RLHF-based evaluation and feedback
• Apply basic quantitative reasoning and logical checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong expertise in Python programming
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and debugging practices
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities
• Experience fact-checking information using reliable public sources
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with RLHF annotation
• Professional experience in software engineering
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as:

Compensation

• $10 – $65 per hour
• Compensation varies based on:
• Education level
• Institution
• Prior experience

Commitment

• Minimum commitment: 17–20 hours per week
• Preferred workload: up to 8 hours per day depending on project scope

Application Process

3. Complete a project exam (1–2 hours) to evaluate your ability to follow project guidelines and produce Python-related deliverables.

Both exams are paid upon successful completion.
