Role Overview
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Python/React) to join the core team and help design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems.

In this role, you will work across the entire stack — from frontend interfaces to backend services and infrastructure — contributing to the development of Zara, Micro1’s AI recruiter agent.
You will collaborate closely with a small, senior, remote team to turn ideas into reliable, high-performance software.

- Build scalable backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and improve frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Integrate LLMs and AI agents into platform workflows.
- Implement backend optimizations and concurrency patterns for performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and contribute to data modeling.
- Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve system issues to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with a high-performing remote team to ship features quickly.
Requirements
- Experience building frontend applications with React (Next.js and TypeScript are a plus).
- Experience building backend services with Python (FastAPI or similar).
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals and asynchronous programming.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Solid frontend fundamentals and UI development skills (e.g., Tailwind).
- Familiarity with APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
