Job Summary

Invisible Technology is seeking a Filipino Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer to help build and refine the next generation of AI systems.

In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge to evaluate and improve Filipino language outputs generated by large-scale AI models. Your work will directly enhance grammar accuracy, fluency, contextual relevance, and cultural appropriateness across AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate Filipino language content.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural accuracy.
• Identify recurring error patterns and document findings clearly.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with teams to refine prompts, evaluation frameworks, and linguistic guidelines.
• Maintain high consistency and quality across evaluation tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Filipino.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, editing, language teaching, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Filipino grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in linguistic annotation or AI training projects.
• Background in structured evaluation, coaching, or language QA workflows.
