About the Role

We are seeking a Translator to support AI model training and evaluation.

In this role, you will work with AI chatbots in both Turkish and English, helping improve their language accuracy, reasoning, and communication quality through structured conversations and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots in Turkish and English
• Create diverse bilingual prompts and scenarios to test AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and quality
• Provide feedback to improve translation and communication outputs
• Develop new training examples to enhance AI learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to assess logic, tone, and contextual accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Background in linguistics, translation, or communications
