Role Overview

Join as a C++ Developer and contribute to cutting-edge AI agent development.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in C++ to design, optimize, and scale advanced AI systems. You will work alongside engineers and researchers to build high-performance backend solutions and improve AI model capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced C++ modules for AI systems
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers on backend architecture
• Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in C++ development
• Strong experience building scalable backend systems
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience working on AI or machine learning projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in remote environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Fullstack development experience
• Experience deploying AI models at scale
• Background in cloud-based distributed systems
