Role Overview

Join as an Accountant (US Experience) and contribute to a short-term AI training project focused on financial data and accounting workflows.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in US GAAP and practical accounting operations to help develop and validate high-quality datasets used to train next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training
• Apply US GAAP standards to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide subject matter expertise on accounting workflows and processes
• Work with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) to inform AI training
• Audit datasets and identify inconsistencies or gaps
• Document accounting concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with project managers and AI teams to meet deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of US accounting experience (mid-tier, mid-cap, or small-cap companies)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and CPA-level responsibilities
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Background in auditing, annotation, or financial documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI or technology-driven projects
• Background in optimizing accounting workflows or systems
• Advanced certifications or ERP specialization

Compensation

• Pay Range: $90–$100 per hour
