Hebrew/English Bilingual Expert

About the Role

We are hiring a Hebrew/English Bilingual Expert to evaluate and improve AI-generated content across both languages.

In this role, you will review AI responses, assess reasoning quality, and generate high-quality bilingual training content. Your work will directly improve the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of advanced AI systems.

This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible working hours.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated Hebrew and English responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality.
• Evaluate solutions for correctness and adherence to prompts.
• Identify errors in logic, methodology, and conceptual understanding.
• Fact-check information using reliable sources when required.
• Write high-quality explanations and model answers demonstrating correct reasoning.
• Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on quality and correctness.
• Apply linguistic and quality assurance standards, including terminology consistency and style guide adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI Training Content

• Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Ensure bilingual accuracy and clarity (Hebrew & English).

Optimize AI Performance

• Evaluate and rank outputs to improve fluency, reasoning, and contextual relevance.

Ensure Model Integrity

• Test AI systems for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential biases.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew with strong writing and editing skills.
• C1 or higher English proficiency (reading and writing).
• 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply evaluation rubrics consistently.
• Excellent fact-checking skills and ability to validate information.
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps and unclear explanations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience with AI data annotation or evaluation workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with Israeli cultural context and terminology is preferred.

• Compensation: $25–$44 per hour
