About the Role
Innodata is recruiting Generative AI Associates (English) to support the training and evaluation of large language models (LLMs).
This is a flexible, part-time remote opportunity where you’ll work on a variety of AI tasks including evaluation, annotation, prompt creation, and response generation.
What You’ll Do
You may work across multiple task types, including:
- Evaluation: Assess AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and relevance
- Annotation & Labeling: Tag and categorize content using guidelines
- Preference Ranking: Rank responses based on quality criteria
- Prompt Generation: Create prompts to test AI systems
- Response Writing & Rewriting: Generate or refine AI outputs
- Summarization: Produce concise summaries of longer content
- Classification: Assign labels or categories to data
- Data Augmentation: Create variations of data to improve model training
- Transcription / Translation (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2)
- Strong:
- Writing and editing skills
- Logical reasoning and critical thinking
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
- Attention to detail and consistency in output quality
Compensation
- $12–$15/hour
- Rates may vary based on skills, experience, and location

- Part-time (up to ~28 hours/week)
