Vietnamese Creative Annotator (AI Image Evaluation)

Job Summary

LILT is seeking experienced Vietnamese Creative Annotators to evaluate AI-generated images and creative outputs.

This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in design, marketing, advertising, or visual communication who can assess whether AI-generated content meets real-world standards for creative quality, cultural appropriateness, and brand alignment within the Vietnamese market.

This is expert-level evaluation and annotation—not basic labeling.

Key Responsibilities

Image Evaluation

• Evaluate AI-generated images using structured rubrics.
• Assess visual quality, composition, and coherence.
• Review style and aesthetic alignment.
• Evaluate brand and marketing suitability for Vietnamese audiences.
• Assess prompt fidelity and creative intent.
• Identify common and edge-case failure modes such as artefacts, style drift, mistranslation, or cultural mismatch.
• Provide concise, structured annotations to support model improvement.

Quality & Calibration

• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across large task volumes.
• Participate in calibration and QA processes.
• Identify rubric gaps, ambiguous cases, or recurring cultural and linguistic issues.

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese with strong cultural understanding.
• Professional background in design, marketing, branding, advertising, or visual communication.
• Strong visual literacy and objective critique skills.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to work within structured scoring frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design or creative production tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI systems for image creation.
• Experience reviewing or QA-ing creative outputs at scale.
• Experience evaluating content for specific markets or regions.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.
