Hindi/English Bilingual Expert – India

Role Overview

We are seeking a Hindi/English Bilingual Expert (India) to review AI-generated responses and produce high-quality bilingual training content.

In this hourly, fully remote contractor role, you will evaluate reasoning quality, step-by-step problem-solving, and clarity of outputs. You will apply senior-level Hindi localization expertise alongside strong English comprehension to ensure terminology, tone, and cultural nuance are accurate and consistent across use cases.

This position is with SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, supporting leading AI labs and foundation-model companies worldwide.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or a related field.
• Native or near-native Hindi proficiency with strong command of India locale conventions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing).
• 5+ years of professional localization/translation experience (multilingual experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to apply MQM/LQA frameworks (severity classification, error categories, root-cause analysis).
• Proficiency with CAT tools, translation memory, termbases, and QA workflows.
• Excellent editorial judgment (register, tone, inclusivity, cultural nuance).
• Strong fact-checking skills (units, names, references, dates).
• Reliable throughput and strong documentation habits in a remote contractor setting.
• Prior AI data training, annotation, or evaluation experience preferred.

Location Requirement: Only candidates based in India will be considered.
