Join our customer’s team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expert, where your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment banking will help shape innovative, data-driven business decisions.
In this role, you will analyze financial and marketing data, develop strategic insights, and contribute to AI-driven solutions by creating high-impact financial rubrics and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Create comprehensive rubrics using domain expertise to enhance and refine AI models.
- Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Advise on key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV to inform business strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
- Investment banking experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced financial certifications such as CPA or CFA.
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- Deep experience with SaaS metrics and performance analytics.
