Role Overview

Join as a Global Mobility Expert and contribute to AI systems designed to manage international workforce operations and employee travel scenarios.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in global mobility and crisis response to design structured evaluation frameworks and training data that enhance AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics for AI training
• Translate global mobility workflows into actionable AI evaluation tasks
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams
• Develop scenario-based training tasks for crisis and incident response
• Evaluate and refine AI model outputs for accuracy and reasoning quality
• Document best practices for enterprise-level mobility operations
• Ensure clear communication across all deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations
• Experience designing or evaluating structured rubrics
• Strong decision-making skills in crisis or incident response scenarios
• Familiarity with HR, security, and communication workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and plan multi-stage responses
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or annotation projects
• Certifications in security, business continuity, or mobility management
• Background in developing standards or workflows for complex operations
