Role Overview
Join as a Travel Risk Expert (HR) and contribute to building AI systems that support global workforce safety and crisis response.
In this role, you will combine expertise in travel risk management, HR workflows, and crisis response to design evaluation frameworks and training data for AI models handling employee travel exposure scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI outputs on travel risk scenarios
- Analyze employee travel data across high-risk zones
- Create scenario-based crisis response tasks for AI training
- Provide domain expertise for AI model development in HR and security workflows
- Monitor global threats and translate insights into training data
- Collaborate with AI researchers, HR teams, and security professionals
- Draft and refine clear, structured documentation and evaluation criteria
- Review and improve rubric tasks for accuracy and relevance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning
- Strong understanding of HR, corporate security, and communication workflows
- Experience in travel risk analysis and policy development
- Ability to design and evaluate structured reasoning rubrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
