Role Overview
Mercor is seeking experienced Market Research and Consumer Insights professionals to evaluate a cutting-edge AI product designed for real-world business use.
In this role, you will interact with the AI system as an end-user, assessing how effectively it generates insights, supports decision-making, and delivers actionable marketing intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Use an AI-powered product for market research synthesis and insights generation
- Evaluate outputs for relevance, clarity, and strategic value
- Assess usefulness for real-world business and marketing decisions
- Provide structured feedback on strengths, gaps, and inaccuracies
- Simulate real workflows (report review, insight validation, decision-making)
- Suggest improvements to enhance AI usability and effectiveness
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or marketing strategy
- Experience working at a Fortune 1000 company, consulting firm, or leading agency
- Hands-on experience applying insights to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with segmentation, survey analysis, market sizing, or competitive intelligence
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide actionable feedback
- Fluent in English
Work Details
- Duration: ~2 hours total

Compensation
- Pay Range: $120–$150 per hour
Contract & Payment Terms
