Join as a Legal Expert and apply your transactional and compliance expertise to help shape the next generation of legal AI systems.

In this role, you will combine legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and research skills to develop and refine AI models focused on transactional workflows and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality “golden response” contracts and policies
  • Translate complex legal concepts into structured requirements for AI systems
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability
  • Provide expert feedback to improve AI performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal AI development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum 3+ years of transactional or compliance legal experience
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Experience working in remote or digital-first environments
