Role Overview

In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will review AI-generated English-language responses and/or create expert-level language content.

You will evaluate reasoning quality, perform step-by-step edits, and provide precise, actionable feedback to improve AI outputs. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the accuracy, clarity, and naturalness of leading AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and high-quality responses across various topics.
  • Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
  • Assess outputs for correctness, clarity, and adherence to prompts.
  • Identify errors in logic, meaning, methodology, or conceptual understanding.
  • Fact-check content where necessary to ensure reliability.
  • Write clear explanations and improved model responses demonstrating correct reasoning.
  • Test AI models for inaccuracies or bias to ensure consistency across use cases.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Translation/Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Expert command of English (C2/Native-level preferred, minimum C1 required).
  • Multilingual ability (professional proficiency in at least one additional language) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, and stylistic editing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in identifying ambiguity, inconsistencies, and subtle language errors.
  • Ability to clearly explain corrections and improvements in writing.
  • Comfortable applying style guides and maintaining consistency across content.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
  • Experience in AI data training, annotation, editorial QA, localization QA, or professional copyediting is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI systems.
