About the Role
We are seeking AI Trainers / Data Annotators (Generalists) to support supervised fine-tuning (SFT) of advanced AI models.
You’ll work on generating prompts, evaluating model outputs, and refining responses to improve AI reasoning and quality.

- Create realistic prompts across a variety of topics
- Review and improve AI-generated responses for:
- Accuracy
- Clarity
- Logical reasoning
- Iterate on prompt-response pairs with variations in tone, length, and structure
- Identify failure points in AI outputs
- Contribute to benchmarking and model evaluation workflows
- Maintain consistent quality across diverse task types
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in:
- Writing, editing, research, or analytical roles
