About the Role

SME Careers is seeking an English Creative Writer to support AI model training through content creation and evaluation.

In this role, you will generate high-quality creative content and assess AI-generated responses, helping improve reasoning, clarity, and performance in advanced language models.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality prompts and responses for AI training
  • Evaluate AI outputs for:
  • Accuracy
  • Reasoning quality
  • Fluency and clarity
  • Develop structured reasoning (CoTs) to improve AI understanding of image prompts
  • Rank and assess model responses using detailed rubrics
  • Identify inconsistencies, biases, and errors in AI outputs
  • Provide precise and structured feedback
