About the Role

Verita AI is recruiting Conversational Language Contributors to help create high-quality speech datasets used to train advanced conversational AI systems.

In this role, you will record short conversational audio clips designed to capture natural speech patterns, emotional tone, and real-world communication styles. These recordings will help improve how AI models understand human conversation and interaction.

This opportunity is fully remote and ideal for individuals who can speak naturally and clearly in their language.

Languages Currently Recruiting

Verita AI is currently seeking speakers of the following languages:

• English
• Spanish
• French
• Hindi
• Chinese
• Indonesian
• Turkish
• Polish
• Dutch
• Tagalog

Applicants must be fluent speakers of the language they apply for.

What You’ll Do

• Record short conversational audio clips
• Follow structured prompts designed to simulate real-world conversations
• Deliver natural speech across interaction types such as:
• Persuading
• Comforting
• Informing
• Negotiating
• Ensure recordings capture natural tone, pacing, and emotional variation

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the listed languages
• Access to a quiet recording environment
• Smartphone or computer with a working microphone
• Stable internet connection
• Clear audio recordings without background noise or echo

Professional studio equipment is not required, but audio quality must be clear and understandable.

Compensation & Commitment

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on language and task type
• Flexible contract-based engagement
• Opportunities for short-term or ongoing projects
• Work schedule is fully flexible
