About the Role
HireArt is recruiting AI Red Teaming Generalists on behalf of a global leader in AI development. In this role, you will help train and evaluate generative AI systems to ensure they produce safe, accurate, and responsible outputs.
This role focuses on testing AI models against complex prompts, sensitive scenarios, and edge cases to identify potential risks or failures. It is well suited for individuals with strong writing, analytical thinking, and research skills who are interested in AI safety and responsible AI development.
What You’ll Do
- Design prompts that probe how AI systems respond to complex or safety-sensitive scenarios
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs across text, images, video, audio, and agent-based behaviors
- Identify factual inaccuracies, misleading claims, and unsafe outputs
- Document findings with clear, structured explanations
- Apply evaluation frameworks, templates, and scoring guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent writing-focused professional experience
- Excellent English writing and grammar skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work with sensitive or graphic content
- Strong time management and reliability in a remote team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in copywriting, journalism, editing, or education
- Experience in content moderation, gaming communities, or digital culture
- Interest in AI technologies and their societal impact
Nice to Have
- CBRNE Expertise (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive risk analysis)
- Cybersecurity experience such as penetration testing or vulnerability analysis
- Familiarity with secure testing protocols or data export controls
- Background in mental health, counseling, or crisis intervention
- Experience in counter-extremism or de-radicalization
- Knowledge of financial crime prevention or fraud detection
Schedule & Commitment
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Work hours aligned with the candidate’s local timezone
Contract Details
- Fully remote position
- Available to U.S.-based candidates (excluding California)
- Ongoing contract with potential for extension
