About the Role

Mercor is looking for detail-oriented contributors to support AI model training and data preparation for leading AI research labs.

In this role, you will help improve the performance of next-generation AI systems by annotating datasets, reviewing training data, and ensuring high quality standards across AI training workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Annotate and review training data used to improve AI models
• Audit work completed by other annotators to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with structured data formatting and conversion workflows
• Follow precise instructions and project guidelines carefully
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements
• Help improve AI model performance through consistent data evaluation

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement
