Job Description
Join micro1’s customer team as an LMMS Expert and contribute to the evolution of AI-driven music production systems. In this role, you will demonstrate complete end-to-end music production workflows within LMMS (Linux MultiMedia Studio), documenting your creative and technical decision-making process.
Your real-world music production practices will directly inform how AI systems understand composition, arrangement, sound design, mixing, and mastering.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce full music projects in LMMS from initial concept to final master export.
- Demonstrate composition, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and mastering workflows.
- Showcase advanced use of LMMS features including MIDI sequencing, automation, effects processing, and plugin integration.
- Work across multiple genres and formats such as electronic, hip-hop, pop, game audio, experimental projects, or podcasts.
- Clearly articulate workflow decisions, challenges, and creative rationale in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with teams to document authentic professional workflows.
- Provide feedback to refine AI models aiming to emulate real-world music production practices.
