Role Overview

We are looking for UI/UX Style Experts to improve documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks based on predefined style guides. This role focuses on enhancing clarity, usability, and visual consistency across different content formats.

You will also be required to document all the changes made, ensuring transparency and alignment with the provided style guidelines.

This is a task-based role, meaning you are paid per completed task rather than hourly.

Responsibilities

• Improve documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks using UI/UX and visual design principles.
• Apply predefined style guides to enhance clarity, structure, and usability.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Document all changes made to each file clearly and accurately.
• Deliver high-quality outputs that align with project expectations.

Compensation

• $200 per document
• $300 per spreadsheet
• $400 per slide deck or multi-file task

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
• Paid weekly via Stripe or Wise based on completed tasks.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on performance and business needs.
• Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from external employers or institutions.

Location Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Unfortunately, H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
