Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Housekeeping Supervisor – AI Trainer and contribute to maintaining operational excellence while supporting AI training initiatives.
In this role, you will supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations in a remote setting, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service delivery. You will also document workflows and contribute structured insights that help inform AI training systems related to service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee services such as laundry, maintenance coordination, dry cleaning, and related operational activities.
- Inspect completed work and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Recommend appropriate cleaning materials and processes for various surfaces and textiles.
- Advise managers regarding room readiness and operational status.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track metrics, and present reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience supervising or coordinating housekeeping or janitorial teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to inspect and evaluate service quality.
- Understanding of customer service and facility standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with facility management best practices.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or process improvement initiatives.
