Job Description

Role Overview

This is a remote, hourly-paid contractor role where you will review AI-generated responses and create high-quality creative content to train large language models (LLMs).

You will evaluate reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving while developing model CoTs (Chains of Thought) to improve how AI systems analyze image prompts and creative tasks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or a related field

  • Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and reading).
  • Prior LLM training experience preferred (at least 6 months or one structured project).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong critical judgment.
  • Comfortable following nuanced rubrics and providing precise, structured feedback.
  • Able to work independently as a remote contractor.
  • Writing experience (copywriting/editorial) is a plus.
