Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Content Writer who can produce clear, technically accurate documentation while supporting data-driven workflows involving JSON and public datasets.
In this role, you will analyze datasets, extract meaningful business insights, and present reasoning through well-structured documentation, notebooks, or clearly explained technical artifacts. You will collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to translate complex findings into concise narratives and actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail are essential.
What Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and written deliverables.
- Analyze public datasets to derive business insights and answer analytical questions.
- Clearly explain reasoning and logic using notebooks or structured documentation.
- Work with JSON-based data and ensure outputs are accurate and well-organized.
- Use Python (as needed) for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings.
- Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
- Strong technical writing skills with a track record of producing structured, accurate documentation.
- Comfortable working with data formats such as JSON.
- Working knowledge of Python for data exploration and validation.
- Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows for documentation and analysis.
- Understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices.
- Strong analytical and business reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Offer Details
- Commitment: Minimum 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week, with 4 hours overlap with PST.
- Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical or paid leave).
- Contract Duration: 3 months (adjustable based on engagement).
- Eligible Locations: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico.
