Join our customer’s team as a Human Movement Data Contributor (Robotics) and help shape the future of household robotics.
In this role, you will record authentic first-person videos of yourself performing everyday household tasks. Your contributions will help robotics systems better understand and replicate human movement, directly informing safer, smarter, and more practical home robots.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality videos of routine household activities such as cleaning, organizing, and meal preparation.
- Use a smartphone mounted on a head strap to capture hands-free, first-person movement perspectives.
- Follow clear setup and recording guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-lit recording space.
- Upload recorded content promptly using a stable internet connection.
- Follow privacy and safety instructions to ensure only required content is captured.
- Provide written or verbal updates and feedback as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency using a smartphone with a wide camera lens (0.5x zoom preferred).
- Strong attention to detail for precise video capture.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and communicate clearly.
- Access to a smartphone head strap and a tidy home environment with good lighting.
- Reliable high-speed internet for video uploads.
- Comfortable performing and recording routine tasks independently.
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data collection, video recording, or machine learning/robotics projects.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or smart home technologies.
- Ability to maintain a clutter-free and visually consistent recording environment.
