Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a First-Person Demonstration Capture Specialist and play a hands-on role in advancing home robotics technology.

In this unique freelance position, you will record short, immersive first-person videos of yourself performing everyday household activities. Your recordings will help train AI systems to understand how real people interact with their home environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality first-person videos of daily household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and organizing using a smartphone head mount.
• Follow clear setup and demonstration guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Maintain a clean, well-lit workspace to maximize video quality.
• Upload recorded footage promptly using a reliable internet connection.
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding requirements, feedback, and updates.
• Adapt to evolving task instructions and procedures.
• Handle demonstrations independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership of a smartphone with a wide-angle camera (0.5x zoom preferred) and compatible head strap.
• Access to a tidy home environment with good lighting.
• Comfort performing and being recorded while completing everyday tasks.
• Ability to manage files and upload content using a stable internet connection.
• Respect for data privacy and careful handling of personal spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video recording, content creation, or data collection projects.
• Familiarity with home automation, smart devices, or robotics (a plus but not required).
• Proven reliability in remote or freelance work environments.
